EP Predictors - Web APIs, local calculators and Web calculators
The calculators include statistical risks predictors for cardiovascular disease (QRISK3, QRISK2), Diabetes (QDiabetes), Common cancers (QCancer), Frailty risk (QFrailty) , Emergency hospital admissions (QAdmissions) , and fracture from falls (QFracture) and other calculators are e added on a regular basis.
The are made available either via a generic EP Web (RESTful) API, Standalone calculators (.NET and Java) for embedding in applications, online Web calculators (free to use) or locally hosted web calculators for embedding in web applications.
EP QRISK3 Calculator
Endeavour Predict is a manufacturer of EP QRISK3 Engine which is the implementation of QRISK3 by Endeavour Predict.
The EP QRISK3 Engine, with both a Web API and local run time components are now registered as a class 1 device with the MHRA and available for use.
In addition a web based calculator is free to use on the Internet, or may be hosted within your web application
Intended Use
EP – QRISK3 Engine is a clinical decision support tool intended to facilitate individualised discussions between medically trained professionals and patients about their individual risk of heart attacks or stroke taking account of their demographic and medical profile.
This will enable shared decision making, allowing patients to understand their risk and discuss actions that could be taken in the context of other important factors to reduce their risk.
EP – QRISK3 Engine has been developed for both public health purposes as well as individual therapeutic or health care decisions.
EP – QRISK3 Engine has been developed so that it can either run as a standalone process, with data being submitted and results returned in batch file format, or it can be integrated as a component or module to an interactive web-based tool, to allow data to be inputted and processed on a single individual at a time.
It is therefore also intended that EP – QRISK3 Engine will be licensed to other medical device manufacturers, so they can produce their own websites/front ends including QRISK3 Engine as a component.
The QRISK3 ENGINE may be used in Great Britain only. Before using the tool, please make sure your organisation has a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) in place that covers your use of the tool.

ASSIGN UPRN
ASSIGN UPRN is a web application a set of hosted APIs, and a deployable server that enable matching of user entered addresses to the addresses maintained by GeoPlace using the highly acclaimed Ordnance Survey Address Based Premium database.
It was developed from a collaboration between Endeavour Health Charitable Trust and the Clinical Effectiveness Unit of Queen Mary University London and has been used to match tens of millions of addresses in London and Scotland.
One an address is matched a UPRN is provided together with information about the property classification and the address matching quality.
The matching process consists of a huge set of human mediated rules designed to recognise most of the tens of thousands of variations in user entered address formats.
Unlike nearly all other matching algorithms the software is open source and the approach has been assured analysed and published in the Journal of population science (see https://ijpds.org/news/assign)

Information manager
The Endeavour information manager is an extensive application and set of deployable services design to help informaticians and software developers to understand health data, and provide utilities for data modelling, query definition, concept set definition and an ontology servers.
The viewer can be accessed at https://im.endeavourhealth.net/#/ and the wiki can be accessed at https://im.endeavourhealth.net with a free to use developer version and set of REST APIs via a developer portal.
In line with the charity’s philosophy the manager and services are made available as open source, employing a wide range of technology platforms and languages including Graph database, Relational databases, SPARQL, Elastic, A Cypher like DSL (IMQ), SQL, Java, Node JS with Vue as the front end framework/
